Bolivia issued regulations on May 25, 2011 requiring pictorial health warnings on all tobacco packages as of December 1, 2011. Cigarette, cigar, and loose tobacco packages are required to have a health warning cover 50% of the front and 50% of the back of the package.
Bolivia also requires a descriptive toxic emission message for the side panel.
