Jersey

In January 2011, Jersey finalized legislation that required all cigarette packs to carry a pictorial health warning by January 25, 2012. One of two text warnings must cover 30% of the front of the package, and one of 14 pictorial health warnings must cover 40% of the back of packages, including the border. Overall, 35% of overall package space is appropriated to health warnings.
